The exam grade is the average of the original in-person exam attempt and one asynchronous retake attempt. You have 1 week to complete the asynchronous retake attempt.
For example, if you earned a 62% on the original attempt and an 96% on the retake, then the average will be 79% (which is considered passing).
The exam average must be 70% or higher to be considered passing.
For it to be technically possible to earn a passing average, you must earn a 40% or higher on the original attempt. This calculation assumes 1 perfect (100%) retake attempt.
Yes, you can spend 1 token to gain an additional asynchronous retake attempt. However, this does not change the retake deadline. See the Token Economy for details.
